Background:
The daughter of House Cornwell, Priscilla was adopted by the count of House Caerleon, in Etruria, when she was six. She was extremely close to her brother Raymond, and even made him promise to marry her when they were older. (The older Raven regards this as a childish game, but Priscilla still believes otherwise.) However, she lost contact with him. In the meantime, House Cornwell was destroyed.

When the game starts, Priscilla is in her mid-teens. With her escort, Erk, the foster son of the Mage-General of Etruria, she leaves to go find news about her brother, following the rumors that abound. However, her plans hit a snag once she reaches Laus, as the Marquess falls in “love” with her and will not allow her to leave unless she marries him, despite him being old enough to be her father. She is rescued by Eliwood, the son of Marquess Pherae, and she helps them by being one of two healers. She stays in hopes of finding the truth about her brother.

In the fight for Castle Caelin, Priscilla finally finds her brother, who is fighting for the other side. She convinces him to join her, although he does it so he can be closer to the younger brother of Marquess Ostia, who is also in their party.

Like in any other RPG, she ends up helping to save the world (dragons and black magic and politics, oh my), with a crew composed of pirates, ninjas assassins, lordlings, cavemen fighters, magic-users, and assorted. Despite her attempts to grow closer to him, he wards her off whenever possible, unless the player gets their A support conversation, in which he finally lets her stay by his side. They were once “the closest of siblings,” and she wishes that it were so now. It is implied that she loves him, and yes, in that way. She is very jealous of the man with whom Raven spends most of his time with. (Of course, this depends on the support conversations the player chooses.)


Personality:

Quiet, gentle, and well-mannered (with a tendency to overuse ellipses), Priscilla appears to be everything a noble lady should be. When the poor and weak are in need, she eagerly provides aid. Generally, she follows the rule of authority, although she flouts it when she feels that there is something for important. (For example, she sneaked away from home in order to find Raven.) At first glance, she is the pale porcelain princess to whom poets profess their undying love.

She doesn’t care that much about rank, as shown when she (potentially) falls in love with a mercenary nomad or a fugitive. However, she carries a sadness within her. She wants something she can never have, namely, her brother. She won’t tell anyone else what is troubling her, but since she isn’t the best at hiding emotions, they usually can tell that something’s off. At times, she is fiercely jealous, but she learns to accept the fate life has meted out to her.

As a noblewoman, she performs the duties that she needs to. Duty is not a word foreign to her. Yet, she does not extend this duty to love. In all the cases, it is the lowborn man who insists that the relationship cannot continue, while she tearfully says her goodbyes. Speaking of tears, she isn't afraid to show her emotions, unlike her brother. One of the few things they have in common is their quietness and determination. Aside from that, they deviate.

Within all the gentleness, she won’t let go if she firmly believes in something. In that way, she has a firm sort of determination that won’t be moved by anything. This determination was what allowed her to break through Raven’s cold bastard exterior and reach out to him. If she starts something, she'll follow through until the end.
